Let's start a PC building / selling advice thread.
I could stand to learn some pointers about cutting costs and ripping people off.

Everything I sell is by word of mouth and those nifty little cards you see to to left. ($50 per 1000)
I have a small seal with Amazon where I get a 10%-23% variable discount per month if I bought $7500 in eligible (eligible means sold by Amazon and not a reseller on the site) parts from the the previous month.
I still charge for the parts without the discount.
I charge an additional 10% of the total build.
I can't find a place that can wholesale without paying way more than $7500 a month.
I just build it to the best of my abilities beyond that.

Tips / Tricks you'd like to share?
