Be forewarned, the second story in this one feels that a cat is fine too, just so you know. Anyways, this artist has got a really nice style and tends to go for what looks like an inkwash sorta technique. It gives everything a nice weight and works well with the variety of parodies available (seriously, Dead or Alive, FFX-2, Macross, Gunbuster, FLCL, it's all on /rs/).

Minazuki always catches me with the emotional depth of his characters. they always have very strong and realistic reactions. His art is very clean and detailed with excellent anatomy.
Bonus: his girls are drawn with very sexy feet, even though the stories rarely center on foot fetishes

Yuki Seto is also an excellent artist with good storytelling skills and deep characters. He has kind of a mean streak, in some of his stories. not so much RAEP RAEP, but some of them are just fucked up.
