Seriously, this is your only hope of possibly pulling it off if you actually want to set foot outside in that thing. You can replace heels with boots if you prefer, but that's pretty much the only variable.
But that jacket's pretty crappy anyway, I don't think there's any way to wear it and not look like a moron. Just use it as pajamas or something, or return it.

Or, if you're good with a sewing machine, you could just alter it a bit yourself. It's big enough that you could mess around with it without making it too small.
It'd probably look kind of nifty as a bit of a mini-jacket. Trying to make it a normal jacket your size would probably be a bit hard though, since you'd have to resize the arms as well (and with a mini, you could probably get away with poofy arms).

35 is a pretty good winner overall, you could probably pull that off. Those combinations with the skirts are good ideas but in my opinion it just doesn't look quite right with the bare legs. Maybe striped leggins would indeed do the trick.

Listen, hoodies are REALLY easy to resize. Find a tailor or a friend who knows how to sew and have them adjust it to fit. You can get it cropped as well so it fits like a regular hoodie, but I think it would be pretty cute if you kept it long and just brought in the sleeves and the sides.

I reckon if you're going to have it on your shoulders, you should go with the pink shirt (or some sort of button-up shirt).
But try it completely unzipped with the black shirt as well.

I think the outfit on it's own would probably look ok, but the jacket makes it look really nice. I think it would be too plain without the jacket.
But maybe try this on with those ankle boots from earlier. Those shoes look a bit too posh for a girl in a Pokemon jacket. But it still works.
