There's a sundae place at the food theme park in Osaka. They do a sundae called MOUNT FUJI. If... I think it was three people, eat it in a certain amount of time (maybe an hour, or half an hour) it's free.

Was about three times the size of OP's pic, with whole slices of cake, a couple of whole chocolate bars stuck in as decoration, fruit, cream, and ridiculous amounts more.

i have some friends in Orlando fl who were recently telling me about a local establishment where you could get a bar of cookie dough (actually, an order consists of 3 bars) dipped in batter and DEEP FRIED. served with chocolate dipping sauce.
they said no one had ever been able to eat all three bars in a sitting, and attempting such made one feel as if about to FALL OVER AND DIE ONE THE SPOT, but was worth it.
i couldnt figure out if this was awesome or horrible.

I have a deep fryer. Just this Saturday I rolled cookie dough into balls, dipped them in batter, and deep fried them. Sprinkled some powdered sugar on top and took them to work the next day.

- Chocolate syrup (at the edgeof the cheesecake)
- Some type of berry syrup, rasp/straw/etc.

Some of the unidentifiable shit:
- Those moon-shaped slices of orange-colored something behind the churro in the foreground; could be cantaloupes
- The triangular wafer cardboard looking shit behind those "cantaloupe" slices
- Mysterious green syrupy shit at the bottom might be mint jelly
- What could possibly be cornflakes at the bottom getting soggy by the minute
- A scoop of shorbet made from probably raspberries going by the color that's behind the cheesecake
- Those pale-lookin' oranges which, according to Google, could be Blonde/Jaffa/Shamouti sweet oranges
- That straw-like motherfucker sticking up between the churros could be a swirled variation of a Pirouette cookie

Considering all the shit going on up top any ice cream at the bottom is probably simply flavored, like vanilla, chocolate, strawberry. However, it could just be the fancy-flavors hell it might even be gelato underneath instead of ice cream.

...it's just your average Japanese parfait. granted, it's a rather large parfait, but the ingredients are fairly straightforward. ice cream, sliced fruit, pocky, random pieces of chocolate mousse, whatever you want, with a layer of corn flakes at the very bottom.
